Do I need a credit card to rent a car?
No — and that is exactly what makes this service so convenient.
Through our collaboration, you can also pay with a debit card. A credit card is therefore not required. The security deposit will be held on the same card.
Can the car be delivered to the casita?
Yes, that is possible.
You may choose to have the car delivered:
- Directly to the casita
- At Ibiza Airport
- Or at another agreed location on the island
We ensure everything is arranged smoothly in advance.
Can I return the car at a different location?
Yes, in many cases this is possible. Simply let us know your preference when booking, and we will gladly arrange it for you.
How does the fuel policy work?
You will receive the car with a full tank and are asked to return it with a full tank.
This way, you only pay for the fuel you actually use — simple and fair.
Are child seats available?
Yes, baby seats and child seats can be reserved upon request.
When booking, please let us know:
- The age or weight category of your child
- The type of seat required
We will ensure everything is ready upon delivery.
What about cancellations or changes?

The property is fully enclosed, ensuring that your rental car is safely parked on private grounds throughout your stay. You can enjoy your holiday with complete peace of mind.
What do I need to rent a car?
To rent a car through our platform, you must meet the following standard requirements:
- Minimum age and driving experience
- Small cars: from 21 years old with at least 2 years of driving experience
- Mid-size cars: from 23 years old with at least 3 years of driving experience
- Luxury or larger cars: from 25 years old with at least 5 years of driving experience
Your driving licence must be valid and legally accepted for use in Spain.
- Valid driving licence and identification
You must present a valid driving licence and a passport or national ID when collecting the car. - Payment and deposit
Payment can be made by debit card; a credit card is not required. The security deposit will be held on the same card.
What happens in case of damage or breakdown?
In the event of damage or breakdown during your rental period, assistance is available to support you, ensuring you are not left on your own and can continue safely or receive guidance with the necessary procedures.
